3x I tried to order delivery through uber eats , they take the order, I get debited, and 30 min later I get a message “ the store cancelled your order, please order from another place!!!” Then it takes an hour for them to reverse the debit!!!! Not once, not twice, 3 diff times they did this to me! I try to order somewhere else and usually by 7 no one delivers takes delivery orders! ! 3 times I went without dinner because of them!!! Lastly, no matter what time you call, they will not answer their phone. I truly do not know how they stay in business. I also used to think they had the best food. I haven’t ordered for a couple of years and after reading the food reviews, I don’t think I’ll ever try again !! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food is fine. I'd probably like it more if A Wok wasn't over in Fairlawn, because their food is AMAZING. I'd love to just always walk to grab some Chinese food since the Platinum Dragon is so close to me, but the food is just "okay". I've gotten egg rolls and they're fine, but a little bland. I got their lo mein and, again, it was fine, but a bit bland. I finally decided to order their crab rangoon tonight and it's fine, but A Wok puts a bit of scallion in with theirs, which makes it five times better. I kind of wonder if their oil temp could be a little bit higher, because I feel like both the crab rangoon and the egg rolls could have been a bit more browned and a little less greasy. For everyone complaining about the service or them not noticing people, keep this in mind- the window where they can see people is small and, at the MOST, there are two people working. Most of the time I've been there it's been only the husband working, so let's all have some patience with them. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
