I just wanted to share my experience at this store today. My friend and I bought a total of 6 Plato Wraps. We originally planned to get only 2, but ended up getting 4 for me and 2 for my friend so I could place mine in a box and take them home while keeping them warm. I gave my friend his 2 wraps along with the plastic bag, and I kept the 4 inside the box. As I was about to leave, I realized it was difficult to carry the box with one hand since I also had another paper bag. I went back to the store where two female staff members were working—one appeared boyish and the other was older. I politely asked the older lady if I could get another bag to help me carry the box. She responded in a raised tone, “Diba binigyan na kita!” as if asking for another bag was something wrong, even though I asked nicely. I calmly replied, “So, yun na yun? Hindi na pwede humingi ulit?” She then turned her back on me without saying anything. It was very disappointing. I love their food, but customer service isn’t just about serving meals—it’s also about how you treat your customers. I’ve loved Plato Wraps since they were still on the 2nd floor of SM Sta. Rosa near the cinema, but I felt humiliated in front of other customers over something as simple as an extra plastic bag.
