A pleasant atmosphere even on bank holiday Friday,plenty heaters keeping the play area warm. A variety of activities and dress up for the kids. Some items were a bit broken but on the whole everything was well maintained and nothing dangerous. Good coffee from the Cafe too.

We have visited here many times, actually it’s one of the very few places we return to time and time again. We recently had my daughters 4th birthday party there and I could not praise it enough, all the children had a fantastic time and parents who hadn’t visited before commented on how lovely it was! The girls working couldn’t have done enough for me and helped everything run smoothly, we never once felt rushed when setting up or packing away, everything was communicated to me perfectly before and during the party. I have always found play - tropolis to be clean and welcoming and my children always have the best time. Thank you for always providing a brilliant place to play and for a brilliant birthday party!

Play-tropolis is our favourite role play village to visit! We have been visiting for years and our daughters and her cousins love playing in all the different rooms! Everything is always super clean, the toys are updated regularly and new little bits added every time we visit! We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here and all of the children had the best time and the parents said how amazing play-tropolis is! Plus the food and drinks are incredible (my favourite part of the visit!) Staff our super friendly and have become lovely friends over the years! Thank you play-tropolis for the best memories x
