I'm a frequent customer at the Playa Bowls location on North Broad Street in Elizabeth, and I always have a great experience. The customer service is consistently friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. It's a great place to bring kids, and I also appreciate that there's a convenient parking lot and wheelchair accessibility. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for delicious bowls and excellent service! Place an order July 5 th my acai bowl was spill I called for a refund or either a credit or another one the same day I spoke to a supervisor and she said she was going to provide me a credit so I could get another one I paid 21 dollars I order almost everyday day or once a week and this never happen to me before then called the same day and the day after and still didn’t get any credit for my acai bowl that was spill or any updates about my order which I think it’s very rude being q loyal costumer that’s order very often from here btw first time ordering in Elizabeth and had this bad experience Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Playa Bowls on North Broad Street in Elizabeth. I ordered four bowls, and every single one was underfilled—not even close to the top of the container. I also paid extra for granola and specifically asked for additional granola, yet they barely added any. If customers are paying premium prices and extra for toppings, they should actually receive what they paid for. The store manager should be reviewing how employees prepare the bowls and making sure they are following proper portion standards. Based on what I received today, that clearly isn’t happening. Every bowl looked rushed and carelessly made. Another thing I don’t agree with is being asked to tip when placing the order, before the food has even been prepared. In my opinion, tips should be earned based on the quality of the food and service after the customer receives their order. After seeing the four bowls I received today, the person who prepared them did not deserve a tip. The quality was unacceptable. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I expected much better, especially for the price. Unless major improvements are made, I won’t be returning. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1
