I asked to substitute blueberries for apple, and the employee acted like she didn’t understand what I was asking or as if the substitution couldn’t be done. I specifically emphasized that I did not want blueberries in my bowl. After getting to my car, I discovered there were blueberries in my bowl anyway. I went back inside and informed the two employees, and they told me that the blueberries were in the granola. My question is: if I clearly stated “no blueberries,” why wasn’t I informed beforehand that the granola contained blueberries? I visit the Brown Street location regularly and have never had blueberries in my granola before.. What if I had a blueberry allergy? Ingredients and potential allergens should be communicated when a customer specifically requests that an item be excluded. The lack of communication and attention to my order was frustrating and disappointing. Won’t be back!

My only suggestion would be to have more help. The service is 5 star with the staff every time Im in. It sometimes takes a lot longer, than it needs to because there is only one person. That was the case yesterday at 11:35 and today at 3:05. The young girls are ALWAYS working hard but with door dash orders and walk ins, one person isn’t enough. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
