Service can be hit or miss, but there’s a good selection of draft beer and the food is hit or miss too. If you go during a busy time the food is usually room temp and/or soggy. They have a very impressive selection of scotch but don’t do half pours or offer any way to try a variety of scotch other than buying a very expensive full glass. I've been here before and had a better experience, but last Friday was not great. We were there on the later side (I think we arrived around 11:15), and it ended up being about 8 or 9 of us. We sat outside. The server we had was... well, hard to find. There were long periods between us being checked on, during which multiple people had long since been ready for another round or refills. From the time the first of us mentioned they'd like to get ready to head out until we finally got our checks and everyone checked out was a full 45 minutes. I don't think it's too much of a stretch to presume that since our party was large enough to add an auto-gratuity, our server took that as an opportunity to offer us extremely sub-par service. The server was nice when at the table, but just very inattentive, especially considering it was late night and not very busy. Beer selection was great. But I ordered the wings, and they were very dry and not very good. The sauce was OK, but it seemed as though they had been cooked well in advance (maybe my order was done first and sat there for an extended time until everyone else's food was ready to run?).
