If you want great tasting quality food with generous portions you have to dine at Pleasant Point Hotel. We went on a Monday night when the restaurant seating area is closed however the full menu is available in the main bar. It was nice relaxing with the locals having a quiet beer while we enjoyed one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. The roast beef was generously sliced with the accompanying roast vegetables perfectly cooked and topped off nicely with a delicious gravy. The Pleasant Point burger was ginormous and really good I was told with 2 thick tasty meat patties. I had the battered blue cod. The fish was moist and melted in my mouth surrounded by a crispy light batter. Absolutely delicious. Our meal was nicely topped off with excellent friendly service which added to our enjoyment. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the bar and toilets were (toilets smelled lovely by the way) Thank you for a great meal and enjoyable evening. We will be back
