Now I can say I tried everything on the food menu (excluding the drink and chicken biscuit- new item). I love Pluma ! The only place that made me feel less guilty about eating fried chicken- bc they’re healthy!! Excited to try chicken and waffle ! Not only was all the food amazing, the chicken smash, the hottie, the bbq, fries and the sauces but the owners were as well. This is a family owned place that really wants their customers to feel welcome. I will definitely be back!!! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pluma is that feeling of reaching into your fries bag and finding extras at the bottom... just pure unexpected happiness every time. The staff is awesome, super friendly and they make you feel welcome from the jump. I'm not a dessert person but I can't say no to the cookies. And I love that they actually care about what goes into the food using quality sourced beef tallow instead of the cheap stuff. You can taste the difference. Seriously, just go. You'll thank me later.
