Pocket is truly a gem of a restaurant. I'll say that even though I'm an American, I've had a LOT of katsu of various types. The stamina katsu at Pocket is the best I've ever had! It was so good i came home and wrote a song called "Touched by Katsu" on my guitar. The person who made this katsu is a special human, I think this person used to cook for the emperor himself, but decided that a quiet life in Mobara suited him more so he could focus on his katsu cooking and he's right where he's supposed to be. You and your stamina katsu will live forever in my heart, Pocket!
