We decided to had breakfast here because we stay at the hotel next to it. We ordered breakfast set C (coffee, salad, bread, and egg). The price is good (¥700) compared to the food we get. Also, the ambience is homey. Suitable for people who want to have breakfast while smoking inside. Great experience Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great little place. As other reviews said, it bleeds “old-school cafe” atmosphere. Smoking IS allowed and mildly noticeable, but I didn’t find it oppressive or interfering with my experience at all. The air seems fairly well circulated. I should’ve gotten the “C” morning set, and extra ¥50 gets you a bit of fruit and a salad. Worth it. My B set was great though. Poco is EXTREMELY convenient to Kyoto station and that shouldn’t be overlooked. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
