Placed an order today. I asked not to add anything to the Americano. They added sugar (but it wasn’t very American, it was as if the grains were burnt). 02.01. 24 made an order at Komsomolskaya 129, the order was accepted, they said the wait was 20 minutes. My husband and child arrived to pick up the order, the cashier girl opened it and asked me to wait a couple of minutes while she prepared the order. My husband waited 20 minutes and rang the bell 3 times, no one opened it, the order never arrived! Terrible attitude towards their clients!!!
