Ordered the cacio e pepe, a simple Italian dish with essentially only 3 ingredients: spaghetti, cheese, and pepper. They should be combined together so the cheese and pepper make a sauce with a little of the pasta water mixed in for starch. Instead it was dry pasta with cheese and pepper dropped on top of it. Clearly the people making it just saw the ingredients and have never made this before. 0/10. Absolutely embarrassing attempt at one of the simplest dishes out there. This isn’t on the staff at all, who were very nice. This is on the head chef, who should be embarrassed they did such a poor job training their people.
