Visited this roastery as suggested by Google. Isamura-san is a very knowledgeable roaster for almost 30 years. Aside from this shop at Anjo, he has another shop at Nishio. He shared alot about his understanding and history of single origin beans. I'm very impressed It's located near kita-anjo station. Glad to have visited. 珈琲専門店だが、店の主力はキャンピングカーで、店内では豆等の販売が主。 昔お店で使われてたと思われる懐かしいサイフォンが数点陳列されていた。 店内でコーヒーを入れて貰ったが、キャンピングカー用の紙製コップだった。 コーヒーの入れ方に拘りを持ちながら、コーヒーの飲む客には紙コップでは折角のコーヒーの味が伝えられないのではないかと首をかしげた。コーヒーの味は流石に落ち着きのある味でした。 焙煎の仕方を吟味するためにガテマラを買い求めて来た。明日の朝はコーヒー工房ホエムの味を楽しみたい。

聞けばなんでも答えて下さる、いつも笑顔な面白いマスターと話すのが楽しくて通わせて貰っています。 豆を買いに行く度に、気になったことを相談して、教えて頂いて、という時間がとても楽しいです！ こんな味になっちゃいましたと伝えると、こうしたら美味しくなるよ！と丁寧に教えて貰っています。 お陰様で少しずつ、安定しておいしくいれれるようになり、毎日穏やかで豊かな珈琲ライフが送れています 豆の種類も色々あって、どれもめちゃくちゃ美味しいので、毎回どれを買うか楽しみです！ いつもありがとうございます。これからもお世話になります！
