Croissant not authentic, but it is good. Outside crunchy, inside has the chew. The videos don't do justice to how crunchy it is The gobou bread texture is good, some chew good bite but still soft. However the filling, while generous, is weird for the addition of mayo The sweet potato bread filling is very sweet. Bread texture is ok as well Generally high standards for the bread itself.
