Great open space for hanging out, studying, eating. It's really a beautiful space, and so is the lobby of the adjoining Graduate Hotel . I wish it had been here when I went to IU.

Poindexter is located inside of a hotel, but goes far beyond what a restaurant inside a hotel would be like! Most hotel restaurants are steakhouses, but this one is more suited for lunch! This place had so much to see! The amount of cookie jar collections was truly unbelievable! The person who was taking our order was extremely kind and was patient while it took us a while to order something. There’s a lot on the menu to eat! I didn’t see much to drink, but there’s a small refrigerator on the side of the check-out to just grab something and go! We ordered a chili soup and chicken quesadillas. We made a mistake and regretted it because we ate the food an hour later and took it to go. So, it turned out freezing cold! Surprisingly it wasn’t bad cold, I do wish I could try again when it was warm! I loved how the inside made me feel as if I was in a student library but just filled with cookie jars instead. Absolutely incredible little lunch spot inside a hotel! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lovely coffee shop. Great for studying! Randomly ran into Patty LuPone when I was here once because she was staying at the graduate hotel. Cool experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
