What a great place to relax, enjoy a walk along the beach or swim. Then come back to have a delicious meal in an open sitting space, with tables and lounges all around. We ordered Angus steak, Parmigiana, Wagyu slides and Prawn/Bug cocktail. Very well presented and all tasted delicious. We also added dessert at the end with a Vanilla slice, Apple Crumble and Salted caramel cheesecake. Went down a treat. We’ll be back!

The Straddie Hotel is quintessentialy the best Queensland pub close to Brisbane. Greg and his staff are warm, friendly, generous and helpful. A must do for anyone in Brisbane for a few days. After a three day vacation I have nothing but high praise for the entire venue and the nearby beach is a huge bonus. Get there anyway you can, you won't regret it at all.
