It was four of us, two adults two 16 year olds. We ordered, Texas Ruben burger, blue cheese burger, chicken tacos and chicken Cesar salad. Burgers were great! Fries were warm more on the cold side. Salad was good, good amount of chicken. Chicken tacos come with 3. It’s literally just tacos no rice no sides nothing, a little disappointing. Prices were reasonable for the area for sure. Shirley temple tasted gross so don’t get that. Moonshine drink was ok, lots of ice so it watered down quick and for $16, that’s crazy. Service was slow once we finally our food. Felt a little forgotten about, when our food took over 20 minutes to get to us. I guess it explains the cooler temps. Overall it was a good easy spot that didn’t require a reservation or cost $200. Local type bar with good food and service. They were maybe half full when we went but the food came out very quickly. Would go here again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped by The Point Bar & Grill as a last-minute option because most restaurants were closing early, and unfortunately, the food was giving “kitchen already clocked out.” I hate writing bad reviews, but what came out was honestly alarming. The chicken wings looked like they came from a chicken training facility where they make young birds do two-a-days, take creatine, all with the hopes of winning Mr. Chicken - Montauk 2026. The buffalo wings had what I can only describe as a light misting of buffalo sauce. Then came the fried fluke, which, to be fair, I take full responsibility for ordering fried fluke at a bar. But also… we’re in Montauk, so I had hope. That hope has since left my body. Go for the drinks, skip the menu. My husband ordered the burger which he thought was phenomenal, however, he may have been suffering delusion because of how bad the chicken wings were. Order a Guinness and burger, and say a prayer. May the luck of the Irish guide you along your journey. The waitress was amazing though, so A+ for service and emotional support.
