Customer service is horrible off season and worse during the season. Price is good and if you like your chicken or meat to be cooked over charcoal then it’s perfect for you. The meat is good and delivers on taste. They don’t do a good job with orders. It’s a perfect spot if you go there and order and then wait with patience while they take their time to prepare your package and or food. If you want to order ahead don’t bother. If you ask them to deliver a chicken a block or two away , also don’t bother. They took almost two hours to not deliver a chicken two blocks away that I prepaid for in advance over the summer of 21. Tropero was a bit rough / hard for the liking of my family. All in all if you need a whole chicken and like the charcoal taste this place is good enough just don’t go there with any type of rush or timeline. You are at their disposal and they take their time. I think they could use a little more organization and possibly accountability within the order process and sequence of orders. If they use tickets I think it would help them a great deal. They are a friendly group but when you are hungry and have a family waiting for food that is prepaid for longer than what is normal no amount of friendly can fix that.

Infelizmente existem pessoas nesse mundo que tem inveja e olho grande nas coisas dos outros e postam isso aí tentando denegrir a imagem do restaurante mas só tenho uma coisa a falar maior é o que está comigo do que oque está no mundo o inimigo se levanta pra cair Pessoas sem Deus no coração falam isso msm o importante é o que a maioria acha e graças a Deus tem sido ótimo então os recalcados de plantão só peço a Deus que dê tudo em dobro oque desejas para nós ok
