After walk 3.5 miles to the ports, this was the most refreshing experience. I got the Salmon OG bowl, incredible flavor and a great texture. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at OG Poké was honestly one of the worst I’ve had at a poke place. When we walked in, one woman in a red vest and kitchen attire was casually sitting near the dining area talking on the phone, while nobody was behind the food counter. We stood there confused for a while wondering if the place was even operating. She simply got up and walked away without acknowledging us or saying a single word. A few minutes later, another employee came out of the customer restroom and greeted us. To be fair, the girl who actually prepared the food and helped us at the counter was very polite and sweet, and I personally have no complaints about her service at all. She was respectful and tried to help. However, the first employee — the woman in the red vest who appeared to be handling prep work or kitchen-related tasks — came across as extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. First impressions matter, especially in the restaurant industry. Ignoring guests, sitting on the phone, and acting completely disengaged when customers walk in creates a terrible atmosphere. The service overall lacked even the basics: * no proper greeting, * no organization, * no attention to customers, * no hospitality. Even the tables were unstable and shaking. As for the food, I ordered a large salmon bowl, but it honestly felt like rice, seaweed, and sauce with barely any salmon in it. I’ve visited many poke places before, and unfortunately this was one of the weakest experiences I’ve had. What disappointed me most wasn’t just the food — it was the lack of professionalism and care toward guests. I honestly don’t understand why people who clearly dislike customer service continue working in hospitality if they treat visitors this way. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality poke or sushi. Meal type: Dinner

Never order at Uber Eats and worst to this restaurant. I made an order of 106 USD at Poke OG Downtown Miami tonight, when I did it, I noticed I had put the wrong address. I tried to cancel before it was accepted but it was accepted immediately. I tried to change the address at the Uber Eats App and it was impossible. No longer than a minute later, I cancelled the order in order to place it again but I was immediately charged a 90 dollar cancellation fee. I wrote immediately to the Uber Eats customer service complaining about the absolutely unfair charge caused by the inability of the App to change the address immediately and the fact that it didn’t take a minute to cancel the order. Two customer service representatives told me that they could not reverse the charge since “the restaurant had already accepted the charge”. It was absolutely impossible that I had caused any problems or cost to the restaurant but I was still ripped with a 90 USD. Shame on Uber Eats and shame on Poke OG. I’ll never use neither the App, nor the restaurant. Service: 1
