This place is AMAZING!!! We recently visited Chicago and loved it so much the first time, that we decided to go back the next night. Everything about this place, is top notch. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner

I made my way to Poke San on the idea that I would just be having a walk. I did not have any destination in mind so when I arrived at the corner of huron and wells, I saw the sign for Poke San. I decide to get out of the sun and stop in to check out what they had to entice my curiosity. I entered the restaurant and they had two counters set against a wall with two counters for seating set against the windows and also some caved seats in the following wall all the way to the back. I walked to the associate and asked what they were recommending to eat and they motioned for me to look at the menu. I spotted a menu on the wall and immediately liked just I saw. They have premade poke bowls and build your own. The premades vary on the amount of vegetable toppings and protein that are added. I chose the aloha bowl, which included salmon, tuna, and shrimp along with sushi rice and topped with vegetables like cucumber,carrot, and kimchi. I ordered my bowl and as I waited I moved to the beverage counter and prepped my order for a beverage while the drink was made. The options range from boba teas, to coffees, to mixed sodas, and smoothies. I chose a mixed soda of berry and mango. The bowl was finished by the time I placed my drink order and the beverage was quick to follow. I sat down at the caved in seating on the wall and jumped right on my poke bowl. The food was presented very well and the colors set off the whole entire bowl. The ingredients were fresh and the food was chilled perfectly. I slammed the bowl and the drink like I didn't even care, but I did! As I made my way out I made my respects to the personnel and I was happier than the ray of light emmiting from the sun. Great choice for a lunch or early dinner menu and quick service with quality ingredients and great beverage choices. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
