The poke was good but 1h30 wait for delivery while the departure time indicated 1h (which is already quite long). I had indicated that I wanted cutlery but they didn't provide any, very practical... Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1

I used to give this place 5 stars, and I used to be a very loyal supporter. I'd order so much from poke me until I benefited a free poke bowl on Uber eats. But I'm so sorry I have to change my review to only 1 star now, because there have been way too many times the order only comes 2 hours later. Despite that I still keep ordering from them. And now they cancel my orders at the last minute, at the moment you expect the food to arrive, after waiting for an hour. They've cancelled on me at least 3 times. It's really very disappointing, and a huge pity because they have good poke bowls. I'm sorry but I'm never ever ordering from poke me again. The experience of waiting and not even getting your dinner in the end over and over again is just too horrible. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 20–30
