We weren't there but ordered online. Unfortunately, the burger patties were so dry that we weren't sure whether they had been on the grill too long or whether they had just been warmed up. The coleslaw is a side dish, but a side dish that was so small that you couldn't take three tablespoons of it until it was empty. Taste okay. We were also very confused about the fries. The packaging wasn't large, but the normal fries, as well as the sweet potato fries, still had a lot of air in them. Annoying if the fries would have been tasty - but they weren't. A mouse infestation was discovered. An immediate basic cleaning and disinfection of all rooms, equipment and surfaces was ordered. The company was officially closed. Checkpoint 1 Show kitchen/counter: The floor was dirty, particularly in the edge and corner areas as well as under and behind the facilities. The cables were laid in such a way that adequate cleaning and/or disinfection was not possible (accumulation of dirt was not avoided). The hand basin fitting was dirty. The kettle was contaminated and calcified. A mouse infestation was discovered (mouse droppings in the undercounter refrigerator (back wall)). Type of defect elimination Checkpoint 2 Kitchen: A mouse infestation was discovered (mouse droppings in the refrigerator cooling motor, mouse droppings on detergent canisters, mouse droppings in the furnishings and mouse tracks on the supply lines and on electrical cables).
