I haven't seen good customer service like this in Tulum EVER. I arrived at 8:10 pm without realizing they were closing around 8:30 pm. I wanted to try the all-you-can-eat Wednesday promotion, and the staff were incredibly patient and accommodating. They made me feel welcome and reassured me there was no need to rush. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
