So I went in to the store not knowing what to expect because I have never been there before. The first thing I was greeted by a bright shinning face with a positive attitude even though it was only 1 hour before they closed. Noran was great. She explained the process and made me feel very comfortable with my order. Abby was cleaning the the counter in the back and she jumped in with her outgoing personality and talked me into getting additional items in my Sweet and Spicy Shrimp bowl. They are models in the industry of food service and if all of the employees are like them then I will be back to try other bowls in my short 4 week stay in Groton. Thank you for the great experience. I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, as they often don’t seem to make much of a difference, but wow!!! I was craving something fresh and reasonably priced and realized I had never tried this place before. From the moment I walked in, I loved the energy. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and I was greeted right away with a smile. Tayler (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) was especially helpful and an absolute sweetheart throughout my visit. She guided me through the menu, offering thoughtful suggestions and recommendations to help me build the perfect poke bowl. I ordered the sweet and spicy shrimp poké Bowl, and it was DELICIOUS. I recommend getting it with the aloha trio and sweet teriyaki, perfect for anyone who enjoys a bit of heat. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and there was an impressive variety to choose from. Not to mention, every Tuesday you get a boba tea for half off with a purchase of a bowl, such a steal! I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. I made a door dash order at around 8pm on 3/22/26 and the person who made this order literally turned it into a soup. I ordered this same bowl combination for at least 5 times and it's been amazing, except for this time and it turned into slop. I don't know if this is a new person or someone who doesn't care about their job but this was disgusting. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1
