Employee took payment tablet away once my payment was accepted and took it upon themselves to tip 20%. I never authorized a tip. I discovered the discrepancy later through my credit card company. I messaged the company on Facebook & called and left a voicemail and never got a response. Fraudulent charges are unacceptable, shameful to see out of a local shop. This little snow cone shop is full surprises they have homemade ice cream that is fantastic there's snow cones are fantastic and they have a fantastic group of young individuals that take care of the location and it's fantastic I recommend it thoroughly Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Try It with Ice Cream, Shaved Ice

Polar penguin's snow cones can't be beat. I'm not sure why they have expanded their menu so much, but I think it is doing their original menu items a disservice. I have tried a few of the new items and don't see the point. They should have focused on what they were good at and left everything else alone. We will continue going to Polar Penguin to support the teenagers from our community who work there, but I wish the owner would tone down the menu. It's too much.
