Pollard's Bar-B-Que in Memphis, Tennessee is a must stop if you are craving good barbeque. I am biased in saying that Texas barbeque is the ultimate best hands down, however Memphis barbecue ranks up there with my Texas barbecue. We ordered a beef sandwich and a turkey sandwich with cole slaw on it. All I can say is MMMM!!!! SUPERB!!! One of the side dishes we ordered was barbeque spaghetti with chunks of beef and barbecue sauce!! First time eating this and it was the best! I highly recommend this restaurant for your next meal if you're in the area and are craving good barbecue. FYI... Pollard's Bar-B-Que is owned by Tony Pollard, running back for the Dallas Cowboys.
