This restaurant has a sign at the cash register that states a 4% charge will be added to the bill if the customer uses a credit or debit card. This is illegal and considered fraud. Colorado law states that a vendor cannot add a surcharge to a bill being paid by a debit card. A vendor can charge 2% on a credit card. This has been pointed out in the past to this restaurant. They have not changed their policy. I will now contact the State Attorney General.
