I stopped by here expecting a delicious, juicy chicken dinner during my travels, but it was a massive letdown. The chicken I was served was incredibly dry and tough to chew, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours before I arrived. The sides lacked any real flavor, and the person working the counter acted like taking my order was a huge chore. On top of the poor food and service, the dining area felt greasy and unkept, so I definitely won't be coming back to Pollo El Ranchero.
