So I happen to be a fanatic of good fried boneless chicken breast, either in nugget or strip form. Not picky about form, but definitely about quality. Oh be still my heart. I ordered the boneless chicken with mango habenero sauce.on the side. They always provide ranch. It came with a choice of potatoes (fries or mashed) or coleslaw, and a ton of chicken (avg 14 pieces - I didn't count). The chicken pieces were whole chicken breast pieces of really good quality, made fresh, and incredibly tender and juicy. I asked for it 'natural' with the sauce on the side. I'm pretty sure it was the best fried chicken I've ever had. Anywhere. Not just in Loreto. All for just 165 pesos. The girl that took my order and cooked it was friendly and cooked it to perfection. The owner, Alex, speaks fluent English and was a delight. He made sure everything was as I desired, and even brought me a sample of the mango habenero sauce to see if I'd like that in addition to the ranch. He has a great sense of humor and an friendly, easy going manner. I walked in hoping it would be good, and not only was the chicken fantastic, I felt as if my presence was celebrated just because I was there. We'd never met, but he made me fewl like a friend he'd been waiting to come visit. I'll bet he makes every person feel individually important, even when the place is packed. It's just a few doors down from the El Pescador market and easy to find. They also offer chicken sandwiches, wings, burger, and many other options. And he mentioned ribs! I suggest you find your way here the next time you're out and pick some up. You will be happy you did, without a doubt. I'll definitely be back. DON'T count it out because of the way it looks. I don't normally leave reviews but this place is run by what I believe is a woman and her son and I've never seen it busy but I believe they should be. We ordered the allitas bufalo which are Buffalo wings. It came with 14 pieces and fries at 165 pesos or about $9 which is an insanely good price. We also got 6 pieces of the pollo krispy which is their fried chicken for 300 pesos. Might seem like a big difference but the pieces of chicken were so huge we were actually glad we didn't get a bigger size because the three of us ate till we were full and still brought home 2 pieces of chicken (my watch for size reference somehow they still look smaller than they are). The pollo krispy also comes with mashed potatoes, coleslaw?, and some bread which was really good. In total our cost for our food and a tall glass of coke was 500 pesos which is just under $9 per person. I've eaten at a lot of places in loreto, nopolo, and Puerto Escondido, but this is the only one I'm leaving a review for. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: MX$1–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
