Welcome to Pollo, a quaint dining spot nestled on Kichijoji Honcho in Musashino. Known for its chicken dishes and Japanese cuisine, Pollo has been a convenient choice for both dine-in and takeout customers. The restaurant offers outdoor seating and is equipped with a TV, making it a suitable venue for groups who enjoy al fresco meals or catching up on the latest shows.
Customer experiences vary, with some praising the quality and taste of the chicken while others felt it didn’t live up to expectations. The small size of the establishment doesn’t deter it from offering takeout, ensuring that even those on the go can enjoy their meals. Be aware that Pollo follows an order-and-pay system upfront for both food and drinks.
Interestingly, despite its consistent operating hours, staying open until 3 AM every day, there hasn't been a recent update from the owner or fresh reviews online in over seven years. This makes it difficult to assess whether the restaurant has maintained its level of service or made changes recently. If you find yourself in the area, Pollo might offer a straightforward meal in a casual setting, though it’s advisable to manage expectations based on the lack of current feedback.

Previously satisfactorily been here many times without issue but arrived with a friend on a recent weekday night (we are Southeast Asian) and was told by the woman chef/bartender (not the usual guy) that the space was "Japanese only". Will never come back. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There's a chicken sign at the entrance to Harmonica Alley, so I think it's easy to find. The signature roast chicken is delicious! Cash on standing. Fuel your climb up the ladder in Harmonica Alley with half a Poyo Set and a Poyo Spritzer. Roast chicken can also be taken home.
