The only reason why I gave it a three on atmosphere is because I did not go inside. I used the drive-thru but it was fine. I love the food because chicharrones are hard to find especially the kind that I like. And these were like homemade chicharrones. And the service was great. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered flautas with NO CREMA and it’s like I said, add extra. It’s pouring outside we used drive thru, cashier was very nice, but whoever is preparing orders doesn’t know how to follow directions. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: USD 30–40 Food: 2 Service: 3

Pollo Regio never disappoints me and my family. We always purchase the eight piece original chicken family meal. The chicken, rice and beans are always flavorful. And the green salsa is my favorite too. Not to mention free tortilla chips. Customer service is always great. The staff are very nice and helpful too. The restaurant is always clean and organized. Price per person: USD 30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
