Saying this is my favorite place to eat is a complete lie and "I'm not in that business" (at least for the rest of 2026...;-)). However, this the favorite place of "casual dinner" for my Mom and Dad!!! When we're checking to see a place to go and eat...every time Mom and Dad suggest this specific Pollo Tropical location at Manati, Puerto Rico. Where to start?! The quality of the food is amazing, but Puerto Rico have extraordinary places to eat in "ridiculously" "industrial quantities"...lol! Every place You look, always there is an extraordinary place to eat quality food. So that leaves us with the real strength that Pollo Tropical gives you excellent quality food at an incredible affordable price, while giving you more than what you paid for!!! On top of that, the Team Members at this specific location at Manati, Puerto Rico are extremely professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, kind and always creates a fun and cool atmosphere within all Customers!!! If you never had visited this place, do yourself a favor and try the French fries, they had a "good trick" and they taste amazing!!! But everything else is pure quality!!! Sometimes if the place is crowded with Customers, you'll wait longer than other times but that's in every place on Earth!!! All locations of Pollo Tropical thru the Island of Puerto Rico have a consistent quality, and prices are the same but try this specific location of Pollo Tropical at Manati, Puerto Rico!!!
