Ordered the large Bongo bowl in drive thru chicken. Asked SPECIFICALLY for fresh romaine lettuce, NOT BROWN Lettuce. I GOT BROWN Old not fresh lettuce!!! AND, it was very hard to find the chicken. It had maybe half of a breast. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

Lots of options and everyday there's something different on sale. As for vegetarian options there's obviously not a lot (I mean it is called Pollo Tropical lol) so I was hoping there would be a Side Sampler or something (there's not) so instead I got the burrito with the meat on the side so someone else can enjoy it since it's paid for And they write a cute lil message on the burrito Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: You can ask for the burrito but ask for the meat on the side to feed to a stray dog or something Dietary restrictions: Grilled (not fried) options
