The girl in drive thru maria is always rude whenever I place my order from here! All I get is a Cesar wrap and she starts huffing on the speaker. Why do you guys continue to have this worker who obviously doesn’t work! It’s plenty of reviews just about her alone. She never wants to give sauce and shuts the window as soon as I get my food. Is there a HR i’m able to speak to? I’ve been here plenty of times just for me not to be welcomed there. Don’t get me wrong the food is good but the service isn’t. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Churrasco steak never includes the chimichurri sauce that is included in both the description and photos and there is no way to contact them to remind them. Not sure if it is sloppy management, sloppy staff, or incomplete prep instructions from the company but you need to do better. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I have been to several Pollo Tropical in my time, from Orlando to Miami. This is the first one that I was disappointed with the service team. The attitude there was as if I was being inconvenient with there time. Mind you, I spent almost $70. So needless to say, I will not go to that one again. The food was good though! Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
