They make lots of great beers , but their website leaves something to be desired. I find myself at Binny’s or Jewel and I will try to look up a beer they produce and it’s not even on their website. No description. You take the time to release a beer and don’t even have it on your own website. I’ve tried to bring up this issue when at the location and they shrug it off. Also the carry out beer here is more expensive than if you buy it at an outside store. For that you get three stars.

While the brewery was quite busy when we visited, and there weren't enough servers, the staff still managed to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for us. Despite the wait times, the quality of the drinks and the variety of beers available made it well worth the visit. The vodka seltzers were a definite highlight for us. They were refreshing and had a good kick to them. The beer selection was also great, with plenty of different options to choose from. Despite the crowds, the atmosphere was still enjoyable and laid-back. We were able to find a table to sit at and enjoy our drinks, even if it was a bit noisy due to the large number of people around us. Overall, we highly recommend Pollyanna Brewing Company - Roselare. While it may be busy at times and short-staffed, the quality of their drinks and the variety of beer options make it worth the visit. If you're looking for a fun and relaxed brewery experience, be sure to check it out.
