The vegetables are vibrant, the seafood beautifully delicate, and the flavours feel pure, clean, and deeply connected to the island itself. You can genuinely taste the care and quality in every plate. One of the most unique touches is the incredible cheeses sourced from a monastery in Athens, handcrafted by nuns. The food is so good! Every dish arrives beautifully presented, but it’s the flavour that truly steals the show. Fresh ingredients, creative combinations, and authentic Greek character shine through in every bite. A nice small restaurant that serves traditional ingredients with a twist. We had sea bass filet on horta topped with chilli flakes, a Greek salad, anchovies on rusks with tomatoe jam (which was our favorite) and fried potatoes.
