Jeanette and Marcus ruined our wedding day. We paid them in advance for them to decorate our reception and cater food for our wedding. The day of the wedding they were scheduled to arrive at 9 am to decorate and prepare the reception. They arrived at 5pm!!! 2 hours before the reception ended. They never decorated. They didn't even set the tables!!! By the time they arrived, many of our guest had departed. When they did arrive, the food was cold and over cooked. We were extremely embarrassed and disappointed to say the least. Since then, they have ignored and not responded to any of our calls, texts or emails requesting a refund for services paid for but not rendered. Please do yourself a favor and find a real service provider and not a con artist.
