We used this place for the first time today. Let’s start with the negative. Out of three pizzas. One was not as requested. Now for the positives. On explaining the error, immediate and rapid resolution was given. This in our book is customer service at 150%. The pizzas were delicious. As good as the one we enjoy in Pompeii. Beautiful base, not soggy. Not crispy. Just right. None of your ‘it’s dough n cheese ….. eat it’ malarkey here. Each disc of doughy godliness has been specifically crafted for your order. And the taste value is epic. Delivery times n cost are not unreasonable. All in all. This is a ten out of ten gig. Good work team Ponodoro.
