Amazing across the board! Staff? Super nice, energetic, and looked like they’re having fun in there. Food? Great. Had the crawfish rice. Atmosphere? Awesome! They have some cool decor on the ceiling, plus lots of space. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge street parking

CHASED US DOWN THE STREET AS WE LEFT IN OUR TRUCK TREATED US LIKE CRIMINALS!!! 08/15/2026 My husband & I have been coming to Ponchatoulas for 20 years. We've had large family gatherings, wedding parties & sometimes just my husband & I on a date night (as it was Saturday). We've spent thousands there & always tip well. I have at least 7 Ponchatoulas t-shirts including the 30th anniversary shirt I wore Saturday. It was 5:45 & we got our favorite seat by the window. Great! When we got our mozzarella sticks appetizer it was sloppy & had ranch spilled all over half but she brought us 3 new ones & our meal went as usual. Toward the end of the meal I looked in the freezer & grabbed a pack of the mini meat pies to show my husband seated at our table. We both looked at them, realized we could get full size meat pies for a better price where we live in Jonesboro & put the mini pies back. We paid & left. As we drove down to the corner towards the middle of the city a worker comes running after us TO GET OUR LICENSE PLATE NUMBER!!! My husband happened to see her & asked what the problem is & she said she thought we "might have forgotten to pay for the meat pies". I explained it & she went back towards the restaurant but that doesn't discount the fact that she chased us a ¼ mile down the street...for our license plate number...for some meat pies. I want my money back. Not for the appetizer since she fixed that but there was no excuse for what happened after. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $20–30 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking: Free parking across the street during busy times.
