Cooks at this pizzeria do their best to provide guests with tasty Pepperoni, calzones and calzone pizza. Food delivery is a big plus of Pontillo's Pizzeria Hudson Ridge (Irondequoit). A lot of people suppose that the staff is friendly here. Good service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. I’ll start this review off by saying we are huge Pontillos fans. We drive to this location or the Spencerport location from Greece atleast weekly. We ordered pizza today and headed there, we were told our pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I ordered a pizza with 3/4 old fashioned pepperoni the other quarter was just cheese. We got there about 25 minutes later and headed home. When we went to have our pieces, the pizza had regular pepperoni and tasted old. I mean we love Pontillos but honestly this tasted like great value frozen pizza. We will not be coming back to this location. Spencerport does better Food: 2 Service: 2

Thank you so much for being a dedicated fan of Pontillo's. We are sorry the experience wasn't what you hoped for. Regarding the pepperoni: while we pride ourselves on our craft, our staff is human and occasionally makes mistakes. Our younger team members sometimes know "old-fashioned pepperoni" better by the name "cup and char," and it sounds like there was a bit of a translation error in the kitchen! We would have loved the chance to fix this for you on the spot had we known, as our goal is always for you to have a great experience before you head home.
