I’ve been coming here ever since Pool d’Etat opened in Hamra and have met some of the nicest people! The atmosphere and music are always relaxing and staff/management super welcoming, love the place!

Great vibes at pool d'etat, it's a nice rooftop bar and a pool, a lot of people confuse the name with coop d'etat which was in Mar mkhayel Street, but that last one closed after the Beirut blast. This bar is the same concept and i'm guessing the same owner. The service is great, and the staff are super friendly. There are tasty finger foods and lots of good cocktails. This place is perfect for large groups of friends! Maybe will try it again during the day with the pool open.
