Was just there. Had lipstick on my wine glass and when I asked for a new one got attitude. I felt like the wait staff ignored me the whole time. Was going to have a friend meet me for dinner but decided to leave. Never coming back nice patio or not.

I have been a fan of Pooles for years. It has been the "go to" place for a girlfriend and I about 2 times a month. We are northville residents and like to support our local businesses. The service has always been wonderful...no complaints there. The menu has changed and we have been very disappointed. I asked if they could make my usual, portobella sandwich and was informed that that is no longer available. She offered an alternative which was a veggie wrap and it was not very good. The next time I ordered the nachos and was once again disappointed. I love the outdoor patio and really enjoy coming there but will only return for drinks unless the menu is improved.

I'm still eating as I'm typing this but hear my warning: DO NOT GO TO POOLE'S TAVERN. I'm trying to be understanding of the hardships many businesses and especially wait staff are experiencing. But the way our server took care of us was absolutely awful. My partner's drink was wrong and when we told the server she took it without asking what was wrong, apologizing for the inconvenience, took the drink and walked away saying nothing. We were only able to grab her attention halfway through the meal, because it seemed as if she was more focused on her other tables.
