You need to get rid of the register lady fast. She hates her job and it shows- rude to any person, doesn’t listen and makes mistakes . When someone asked if she heard his order, she goes “I can hear”. His reply whom was a pilot just asked she didn’t reply so he wasn’t sure. Guess what, she messed up his order. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was really looking forward to some spicy chicken and red beans/rice but the geniuses at Popeyes had other plans. They forgot my side and gave me some gross and wilted French fries instead. They gave me some of the saddest looking tenders you have ever seen. I ordered spicy tenders but was given original. I was not given dipping sauce as requested. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the errors until I had already left the location. I filed a complaint with customer service. The agent was kind and empathetic. She asked me for my receipt and pics. I submitted the picture clearly showing the tenders and French fries. She replied that the receipt showed double mashed potatoes and not red beans/rice. I explained that the cashier obviously messed up and EVEN if I had ordered double mashed potatoes, I was given fries instead. She offered me a credit but I said I prefer a refund. The agent advised me that refunds are up to the franchise owner. So at this moment, I had a $20 box of fries and bland tenders that I did not order. I understand mistakes happen, but refusing to refund me is not a mistake. It’s a blatant theft of my money. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen located at the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport received 27 demerits on May 22. Employees didn’t discard cooked chicken that had been out too long, and the inspector saw a mold-like substance in the ice machine.
