I love Popeyes but in Decatur IL nooooo. Since when does a company make u eat what u don't eat so they don't loose out. If I only eat dark meat I don't care what your register rings up, make it a price difference and give me what I eat. Also if it's not posted then how are customers to know that it only comes 1 way. That makes no sense. Do better Popeyes period Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My recent visit to Popeyes was pretty disappointing, honestly. The customer service really missed the mark – it felt like the staff wasn't interested in helping out, which just made the whole experience frustrating. To top it off, I was surprised to find out they apparently don't take card payments after 10 PM. That's a pretty inconvenient policy, especially when you're just trying to grab some food late at night. Definitely left a bad taste, and not just from the chicken. it’s no wonder they can’t stay open. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

(Decatur ,IL) You could tell that this nighttime crew really cared about what they were doing, completely focused on the tasks, shouting out calls with ease and response heard was just as quick. Everyone fit well into their positions and did them well! They even stayed calm and collected when dealing with semi frustrated customers in the middle of the rush they were in! I couldn't do that the way they were...No matter the wait, the food was hot and fresh, everything was there in the bags, even a extra Lil snack on the side for being patient and understanding ;) we gave them a tip for showing us how much they appreciated us being patient and hopefully showed how much we appreciated them and what they do! It might have not been much but we would have more if we could. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
