I placed an order for my food. The team member parked us and stated someone would bring our food out. I asked for them to put ketchup and tarter sauce in the bag. My family and I waited 20 minutes just to receive cold food, we were missing fries, no ketchup, no tarter sauce. I went inside the building to speak with a manager. She stated I shouldn’t be in the building. The door was left unlocked so I walked in. The manager didn’t apologize, and did a piss poor job to rectify the situation. The manager refused to remake all of our food fresh. When the order came back out the only thing that was fresh were the shrimp, and fries. I was still missing two fries that came with the chicken sandwich combo. I still didn’t receive tarter sauce, or ketchup. I drove around and walked to the window in pouring rain for a team member to laugh. She didn’t apologize for them messing up our order. The entire staffing team was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning, and I will not recommend this place of establishment to anyone. I will leave a review on all social media sites regarding the worst customer service experience I’ve received. $38.44 gone done the drain.

We visited Popeyes this afternoon and was in the drive-thru to place and order for 12 chicken wings dinner. The lady that answered the phone informed me that she was the manager and informed me that they couldn't drop any chicken until it got low. I informed her that I was the three and then the second vehicle in line to order. I asked how many wings did they have up. She informed me six wings. I told her I would take those and then she informed me that the vehicle in front of me had taken those. I asked her to drop me some wings and she informed me she couldn't. She asked the cook when he was going to drop some wings and he said now after telling me it would be 30 minutes. Please teach your workers if someone order wings and you don't have any, to please cook some. It don't take a rocket scientist to figure this out. Sometime when you place people in certain positions they loss their minds.

We placed our order, 2 classic chicken sandwich meals with tea, one with no mayo and one 3 piece chicken finger meals, via the online app at 7:27 pm. We also paid on the app. The restaurant is less than a mile from our house. My husband went to pick it up. After several phone calls with no answer, someone finally answered and said they were waiting for the filets to cook. At 8:23, they brought the items to him. 2 cold chicken sandwiches, both with mayo!!! The tea and the overcooked tenders and fries. This is not acceptable!! Ross Clark circle location.
