Not sure what’s up with this Popeyes. I wait around 10-15 mins for my food every visit. On the rare occasion I don’t wait that long the food is cold and has been sitting for hours. The 2 guys at the window on this visit didn’t have the best customer service. The one with the short cut gave me the wrong food and was in the back playing around the whole time. I told the other guy with the longer hair I got the wrong order and he seemed like he couldn’t care less. But all of my experiences combined make me not want to come often. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The chicken actually wasn't too bad, I ordered eight pieces. Only during covid times that I had chicken that was so small. Bojangles, for the same price, chicken is twice the amount of meat. Also, I was the only customer in the dining area, and many of the tables had not been cleaned. Again, comparing to Bojangles who have dedicated staff to clean tables and remove trays, is lacking, at least at this location. Okay, I should have waited several more minutes before posting this review. After I posted I went to the men's room and it is disgustingly filthy. I will not return here that's for sure. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Manger was the only one taking orders and preparing orders for both dine in and drive thru. She took 4 orders inside and there were 4 orders paid for in the drive the thru. I waited at the window for 20 minutes after waiting 15 minutes just to move to the window and wait. Then the manager stoped to talk to workers about cooking and prep instead of just giving out food. This is ridiculous. And I’m currently still waiting. I would leave if I hadn’t already paid and had screaming kids in the car. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
