We recently placed a catering order from Popeyes for a youth program event, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We pre-ordered our food, and everything was prepared fresh and ready exactly on time when I arrived for pickup. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. As an added bonus, they even included a few extra items as a kind gesture, which was greatly appreciated by our group. The food was fresh, delicious, and a huge hit with all of the kids. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the entire Popeyes team for helping make our event a success. We will definitely be ordering again! Highly recommended! Leaving this review while being in the drive thru for 30 mins, not exaggerating, no movement at all!!!!!!!! It’s 11:08pm on a Saturday, having a line and no movement for more than 20 mins and only 6-7 cars is insane. I live by here for 9 years so this isn’t the first time but IT IS THE LAST FOR ME. We constantly say how the service is slow in MULTIPLE REVIES BUT NOTHING CHANGES. I’m done with this location, this review is just the first of many I’m going to leave tonight because I’ve had it. Oh and I definitely see someone just in there on the phone mopping, don’t worry I’ll wait for my food I’m fine not like I want to get home or anything. I don’t want to get this guy fired, I’m just done with this location. Funniest partITS A MOBILE ORDER AND THEY CLOSED THE DOORS SO I HAVE TO WAIT ON THE DRIVE THROUGH FOR A MOBILE ORDER FOR LITERALLY MORE THAN 30 MINS. Literally 5-7 more minutes just passed and the line still never moved. ALL THIS FOR A DAMN $5 sandwich, I wasted more in gas for this. FOLLOW UP - got to the order intercom after approx. 30 mins exactly and got told to be patient. Whoever worked the window on 4/11 at 11:25pm and told me thisYEAH PLEASE HAVE HIM LET GO INSTEAD. Last time I get told to be patient for a pickup that I waited 35 minutes for and they also just let people walk up to the window to skip the whole line. I got to the window and expressed how upset I was and asked for the manager, found out the rude person who said “Be patient” then said he was the manager, told me leave, shut the window door, when I already paid for my order. Thankfully another girl worker opened the window and actually gave me my food. To leave nothing to imagination, he had a tan hat, green/teal Popeyes shirt, and middle eastern complexion as well as tall male. I promise this location I will leave a 1 star review daily on as many platforms as I can until this “manager” is removed. I very VERY RARELY LEAVE REVIEWS, but when it’s this ridiculous, I do. I’ll stick to Chick-fil-a. Thank you. Hope you reply. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5
