Waited over a hour for them to tell us they were out of everything we had ordered. Not the first time we’ve ordered food and weren’t able to receive it. Asked if there were other food options and was told basically everything is finished. The option to order shouldn’t be available if the food is not there. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Service: 1

Just spent almost $50 for some of my items to be missing, and my shrimp not done correctly. I also refuse to make the drive back. Tried to fix it with the app and it would refund me $2. Which is less than what I spent on missing items. Also when I go through the drive through they’re not kind to me, which I don’t appreciate as a paying customer. I get you dislike your job just as much as the next person but don’t take it out on us. It’s happened 2/3 times I’ve went.. I don’t think I’ll be returning. If i could give zero stars I would. Me and my family ordered 4 mashed potatoes with no gravy due to sharing it with a Muslim family. I specifically called them and asked for it to be made so when we doordashed it. I called 4 times and when I finally spoke to someone and the proceeded to hang up on me. They then put gravy on all 4. I called to complain and they put me on hold and then hung up again. When I went to call back I am assuming they took the phone off the hook because the calls kept going to a busy signal. This was highly unprofessional! This may be the worst Popeyes I have ever seen. Don't think I'll ever order food from them again! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
