I patronize this location frequently and the service and quality are usually top notch. However, my lunch visit today was a disaster. I got to the order speaker and waited for the greeting, and waited, and waited, and then waited some more . I prompted them by saying “Hello?”, and a female voice told me to look over the menu. So I waited and waited some more. After a few more minutes I told them I had memorized the menu and was ready to order. I was then told there were only two people inside and I’d have to wait. After probably 10 minutes at the speaker, and I’m not exaggerating, I was not waiting any longer. I understand that employees call in, things happen, but the time to tell customers of the situation inside is at the beginning of the transaction so the customer can decide whether they want to wait. Not after ignoring them for 10 minutes.
