The cashier Amberly was lovely and very apologetic for the outburst I had a coupon for 5 pieces of chicken w/two sides .I wasn't sure what pieces specifically came with the order. I asked at the window... if it wasn't any trouble, I would prefer legs and wings either way, no problem. Someone from the back yelled, they need to be more specific at the window. That was very unprofessional the cashier immediately apologized Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I’ll be honest most fast food places I go to the staff always seem annoyed the second it’s time to take your order or payment. It honestly makes the whole experience uncomfortable. But I had a completely different experience thanks to Kiyeshia. She was patient friendly and actually took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed or like I was bothering her. That kind of customer service is rare these days and definitely deserves recognition. Kiyeshia made the visit worth it thank you for being so helpful Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food I received today was extremely disappointing. I ordered the shrimp tackle box with fries, a Coke, and a small mac and cheese. I waited in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes, assuming the shrimp were being cooked fresh, but when I got my order the shrimp were cold and gummy, like they had been sitting for a while. The fries were hot, but the mac and cheese looked like the scrapings from the bottom of the pan and didn’t even fill the container. I also tried calling the store over six times to address the issue, and no one answered the phone. That level of service is unacceptable. Customers are the reason businesses stay open, and situations like this make people think twice about coming back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4
